She can not sing but wants to be the lead singer in her band which makes her an adorable and childlike character. Song Hwa’s character is proof that grace and quiet confidence can shine just as brightly as dramatic flair.

Ahn Jung Won (Played by Yoo Yeon Seok) – The Gentle Healer

Jung Won is the pediatric surgeon and is perhaps the most self-sacrificing and selfless person in the group. He is deeply religious and secretly desires to leave medicines behind and become a priest just like his brothers and sisters going against his mother’s wish. Yoo Yeon Seok gives a deeply compassionate performance, showing the quiet internal conflict Jung Won faces. Jung Won is the heir of the Yulje Medical Hospital still he is ready to give it to others. His gentle tone, kind eyes, and emotional range make his scenes with young patients especially moving. It’s a performance filled with warmth which makes Jung-won easy to love and hard to forget. 

Kim Jun Wan (Played by Jung Kyung Ho) – The Tough Guy with a Tender Heart

Jun Wan is a cardiothoracic surgeon, who comes across as a blunt and brutally honest character. • Ik Jun’s quiet love for Song Hwa, which he keeps hidden because he values their friendship. On the other hand, Song Hwa slowly recognized her feelings for Ik Jun and finally, they stepped up to give their love a chance. 
• Jun Wan’s surprising romance, which shows a more vulnerable side of him. Things were quite awkward for him because he was dating his own best friend’s sister which made him hide his relationship with his friends. He was super caring and loyal to his girlfriend which made him both a good friend and a partner. 
• Jung Won’s secret relationship, which is filled with warmth and sweet little moments. Jung Wan, who was ready to devote himself to god as a priest, suddenly changed his mind and everyone was happy and shocked when they found out. And guess what? He finally decides to love a human being and stay happy with her forever. 
• And lastly, how can I forget Yong Seok Hyung and Chu Min Ha? They are the cutest couple in this whole drama in my opinion.

These love stories feel genuine. They remind us that love isn’t always loud; it can be calm, mature, patient, and built on trust.
